Dr. James Redmann is a highly respected and experienced general and bariatric surgeon, providing minimally invasive procedures to his patients for over 25 years. As the medical director of our aesthetic practice, he now brings a unique perspective and advanced skill set to our team.
Dr. Redmann received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, and completed his residency in general surgery at LSU. He is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and in the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. He has a sincere passion for helping patients achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall health. With a focus on aesthetics, he will help you achieve your best results including further fat loss and skin tightening.
Throughout his career, Dr. Redmann has performed thousands of successful operations, ranging from complex abdominal cases to skin and soft tissue procedures. He is known for his attention to detail and his compassionate bedside manner as well as his ability to connect with patients on a personal level.

Alexandra Breland, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner, Medical Aesthetics
Alexandra Breland is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background and a passion for helping individuals feel confident in their skin. Her career began in the operating room, where she developed a deep appreciation for plastic and reconstructive procedures—ultimately inspiring her path into medical aesthetics.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans and her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans. Her clinical experience spans pain management, primary care, medical weight loss, and advanced aesthetic medicine. Alexandra has specialized training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, threads, lasers, skincare, and regenerative aesthetics—an innovative field focused on restoring and enhancing natural beauty through the body’s own healing processes.
Dedicated to providing safe, evidence-based care, she and her team stay up to date on the latest technology and advancements in aesthetics to ensure optimal outcomes. Esthetician
Amy has a few roles at Beaute’ Aesthetics such as Practice Manager and Medical Esthetician. Amy was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Mandeville a little over a year ago. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Kyle and they have a daughter, Sadie, and son, Waylon.
Amy is a passionate esthetician and has always had a deep love for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin. She believes in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in order to provide the best possible service to her clients. Amy is a firm believer in the power of education and loves sharing her knowledge with clients. Amy will take the time to explain the benefits of each treatment and provide personalized skincare recommendations to help clients maintain their results at home.
